Lions
President Bill Mathers extends a warm welcome to visitors to the Geelong
Lions Club Website. Lions of the Geelong Lions Club are members of
Lions Clubs International, a community service organisation dedicated to
the idea that the men and women who live in a community are in the best
position to know who needs help and why. Lions have been a
part of the Australian community since 1947, and a proud part of the
Geelong communities since 27th May, 1953. They have been helping
to serve the community without promise or want of reward and are people
just like you!

are ordinary people doing incredible things!

To
Join a Lions Club is by invitation, however applications are encouraged
from all interested members of the community.
Membership
is open to men and women over the age of 18 years and of good moral
character and reputation. If you are interested in joining
Lions and reaping the benefits of fellowship, and wanting to share in the
strong sense of achievement and reward resulting in serving your
